Disneyland 2009

Disneyland Rocks!!! We had so much fun at both parks. We spent about three and a half days enjoying the rides and food. The kids couldn't get enough churros - especially Chris. Courtney wanted a turkey leg but we never did buy one for some reason. Our favorite family ride had to be Splash Mountain. We rode it four times. We also liked the Indiana Jones ride and Space Mountain. Courtney, Adam, and Jen, went on the California Screamin' roller coaster three times. Courtney was scared to death at first. The Tower of Terror scared Chris but he loved the Soarin' Through California ride. The Tea Cups made Adam and Jen nauseous. We only rode those once but the kids went on them a couple of times. We also got soaked at the Grizzly River Run. We ran into the Stallmans and Chris and Karl went on a few rides together and Courtney and Miranda went on a couple. I think my kids enjoyed having other friends to roam around with. We also saw Mrs. Drorbaugh and her sister one evening. Zach and Chris had fun making light sabers at the Star Tours Gift Shop. The lines were long but we tried to use Fast Passes whenever we could. The weather was nice during the day but chilly in the morning and at night. We had to buy some long sleeved shirts the first night we were there. I would do it all over again in a second.
